The world of navigating the NDIS can be a complex one. Our staff are well versed with navigating the difficulties of a new system.

As with the NDIS price guide 2018/2019 SA living Solutions charges in line with these costs in negotiation with the participant with a service agreement that makes sure we are on the same page about rights and responsibilities.

Eligibility and Referral

Step 1. Because SA Living Solutions provides Supported Independent Living (SIL) participants will require to be eligible for funding either via Disability Services, National Disability Insurance Scheme, Life Time Support Authority, or from the Department of Child Protection.

Step 2. Your case manager or support coordinator fill out the referral form

Step 3. A matching process will then take place in which the participant meets accommodation service staff and discusses their hopes and goals. If from here both the participant and the staff believe it is a good match arrangement are made about move-in dates, stay overs etc.

Step 4.  Transition planning occurs where you and your support team are able to tell us what works for you to move in.
